Hard Tail Forever Pants and Capris
Hard Tail makes the best pants for pilates- that's just a FACT! I've been wearing Hard Tail pants to workout in for almost ten years... once you try HardTail, you never go back. The material is slightly heavier than most cotton pants, with a slight stretch, and deep color- making pants than never fade or lose their original shape.
Hard Tail pants are hand sewn in Calfornia, and come in a gazillion colors and styles. At Rhinebeck Pilates, we sell Hard Tail pants that have a fold-over waist band- very flattering to the body and extremely comfortable! We keep both long pants and capris in stock at all times, in a variety of colors and all sizes.
These are your number one, go to leggings for all things: pilates, yoga, the gym, life. They are just like Hard Tail pants, but in a leggings style. The waist band can be worn down for a very flattering look around the thing and hip area, or up for tummy control and a different feel.

Hard Tail Forever Workout JeansMade of the same material as our popular Hard Tail pants, but in a "jean look". These are no jeggings- these pants look so much like real jeans that I have been stopped a number of times by people asking where I got my "jeans"!
I love these workout jeans for so many reasons... They are perfect for layering longer shirts on top without being bulky, they look great on a body that normally doesn't look good in jeans, they are perfect to workout in.... and then walk out of the studio in, without feeling like you're wearing leggings in public!

Rhinebeck Pilates Tank Tops and T-shirts
Printed locally at Red Hook T's, I chose these tanks for their extra length (over the hip) and wide straps- making for a flattering and comfortable tank top on any body.
Our t-shirts are organic cotton, and soooooo comfy that when people buy one color, they usually want to buy the other color next time they come in! These look great on both men and women.
We have the tanks in black and brown, and t-shirts come in blue or gray. Various sizes.

The essential foam roller- every house should have one. Perfect for rolling over sore muscles, a self massaging your back, balance exercises, and adding an extra challenge to pilates exercises. This simple tube of hard foam has so many uses, it truly is amazing!

A cover over your foam roller will drastically increase the lifespan of your roller. Without a cover, foam rollers usually get dented and misshapen pretty quickly. Covers also keep the porous rollers sanitary. A foam roller must!

We are the only studio in the area to sell Alycea Ungaro's Real Alignment Mats. These are mats of sticky, yoga-mat material, but thicker, to accomodate pilates exercises. The design on the mat not only looks nice and organic, but it also helps with alignment. Check your alignment during the hundreds, side kicks, planks, Sun Salutations, etc- the list is endless. Or, turn the mat over so you don't see the design, and you have a beautiful moss green colored mat to workout on.
